About Us Paradigm Artist Management Agency was originally founded in Cardiff in 2008 by Stephen Paul Evans who has over 28 years’ experience in the entertainment industry. In 2016, he partnered with Susan Evans and Safira Afzal establishing the business as Paradigm Artist Management Ltd in 2017 creating the senior executive team of directors who specialise in entertainment, law and financial strategy. Collectively, we have been in the industry for well over 50 years with international experience and expertise in negotiating artists’ contracts, casting, teaching and developing talent, public relations, legal and financial strategy. Who We Are Paradigm Artist Management Limited is a successful talent agency located in London representing and managing international actors and dancers. We focus on new and fresh talent exceeding client expectations across the width and breadth of the entertainment industry. Our Objectives We work collaboratively with studios, producers, directors and casting agents, both nationally and internationally.
