As founding members of the Transformational Technologies Council, they played key roles in transforming the field of ‘performance consulting’ into ‘organizational coaching’ & have continued to work together on large-scale client engagements for over 30 years. Jim Selman also published the first article on coaching in 1988 called “Coaching and the Art of Management” & he has been a leader in the field ever since.
