The document store is sited just 30m from the owner's farmhouse which means it' location, plus the fact there is 24hr site-occupation, provides excellent security. All our clients data / archive boxes are stored in a clean, secure environment and are individually logged to a location allowing fast identification when a retrieval request is made. We are based close to the A64 and York is only minutes away. We have our own delivery & collection vehicle but close links with a nationwide courier permits service over a much wider area. We provide a confidential data destruction / shredding service and are registered under the Data Protection Act. Our business aims are to provide a no-nonsense, flexible and reliable service which benefits both customers and ourselves. We have a simple pricing policy and do not have complicated contracts to tie-in customers which make it difficult to get their documents back. We know that if the service is poor, customers will just leave.
