PAN Publishing was established in 2009 by Paul Niland and Neil Campbell, the name PAN simply coming from "Paul and Neil". Neil had been involved with What's on for over two years and when the opportunity came up to purchase the title we took it! What's On is an excellent publication, we'd like to say it's got better since we took it over but that's for the readers to decide. As Kyiv's oldest and most respected city and entertainment guide What's On loved by the expatriate community and is extremely popular amongst younger Ukrainians who speak English and tend to work for multinational companies. After acquiring What's On we also won the contract to produce Ukraine International Airlines' in-flight magazine, Panorama. In 2013, as a result in changes in Ukraine's airline industry Ukraine International are growing their fleet and expanding their route network to enable them to carry up to 450,000 passengers per month, a great audience to advertise your company, product, or service to by advertising in Panorama magazine.
