The Palm Beach County Property Appraiser's Office is responsible for determining fair and equitable values on all real and tangible property and administer exemptions in Palm Beach County. There are 640,000 real property parcels and nearly 60,000 tangible personal property accounts valued at a total market value of $264 billion. Our mission is to produce a timely and acceptable assessment roll for the County that meets all the state statutory requirements. In addition, it's our duty to provide the most accurate information to the taxpayers through the efforts of a highly skilled and dedicated staff.
