Mohammad Zendehdel earned masters degree of architecture from Shahid Beheshti University of Tehran in 1998. He was an assistant at restoration and conservation department of the university for 3 years (1995-1998).Simultaneously, he established Zendehdel and partners architectural studio in 1995 that mostly operated in renovation as well as architecture designing.He started teaching in some other Universities like Sooreh and IAU of Tabriz in 1998 as well.He developed an excellent understanding of how residential, office, and industrial buildings functioned. After achieving useful experiences, he registered his studio in the name of Padide Samet Consultant Engineers Company in 2003. The office certified in the fields of architecture, urban development, and renovation by Iran State Management and Planning Organization. As a licensed architect, he is a member of Tehran Construction Engineering Organization (TCEO).
