Ourotech Information

Ourotech removes the trial and error process of cancer treatment by testing which drugs work best on patient tumor samples outside of their body and giving them the right treatment the first time. Ourotech grows patient tumor samples in a proprietary hydrogel that mimics breast, colon and brain (GBM) conditions within the body. We can then test which drugs work best on that patient and give them the right treatment the first time. We are currently in preclinical trials for this technology and also using it to help pharma companies identify their most promising early drug candidates and fail ineffective ones before using them in mice.
