OTOXO Productions Information

OTOXO Productions is an award winning documentary production company making films about the human faces and unheard voices behind big social issues. Their films have picked up prizes at festivals across the world and featured regularly on Spanish television. Their most recent two films, La Lliga and The Basic Ingredients, released in 2011 and 2013 respectively, were screened on TV3, BTV and across the XTVL network, and picked up awards in festivals everywhere from Beirut to Toronto. They have also had great success with their documentary shorts, which have won prizes from Los Angeles to Loch Ness, have been screened on TV3, and provided content for a number of Catalan news and current affairs websites. OTOXO Productions also run “The Into Industry Programme” giving selected participants the opportunity to take their first steps in the audio­visuals industry by co­directing documentaries and documentary shorts for television and online media in collaboration with BTV and BCN Mes.
