R. Stan Kelly, our principal visionary, founded Othal Partners, LLC on July 3, 1991. Initially named Victoria Agency Production Company, which focused on creative marketing, advertising, and public relations. Mr. Kelly has maintained 100% sole ownership of the firm that now specializes in branding, promotion, event design, and management. Othal Partners also provides services that include jingle-writing, voiceover, and copywriting. Othal Partners builds its performance strategies on low risk, intra corporate investments that can be maximized by superior sales marketing campaigns. Doing so engenders opportunities for our clients to buy-in diverse business platforms with great benefits that result from participation. Othal Partners, LLC understands that consistent marketing is the essence of everything consumers buy, sell, or do.
