Our first ever hair salon, Rush Wimbledon, was opened in 1994 by founders Andy and Stell who shared one vision; to create stunningly beautiful yet wearable hairstyles, each as unique and individual as you. We now have over 50 Rush hair and beauty salons, each unique in their location, decor, and people yet united in their passion. Our Artistic Team has been making their mark in hairdressing history since 1999. Their groundbreaking creativity and extraordinary talent has led them to win an outstanding 13 British Hairdressing Awards and their impact on the worldwide hairdressing industry, coupled with an ever-growing celebrity clientele, is a testament to their passion for their craft. In 2008 we opened our very own Advanced Academy. We strongly believe that excellence can only be achieved through strong foundations and a commitment to your craft, so we offer training courses taught by our inspirational Artistic Team to each and every one of our hairstylists, thus ensuring that their passion, creativity, and skill is continually nurtured and developed, and that you can be confident that when it comes to hair, your stylist knows their stuff. In 2010 we also formed the Rush Session Team, headed up by Tina Farey, the crème de la crème of editorial hairstylists; they’ve developed a fantastic profile at the heart of the fashion industry. The team has been a favourite a London Fashion Week ever since and are honored to have worked alongside the likes of Belle Sauvage, Pam Hogg and PPQ to mention a few. Edwards and Co is Australia’s leading hair agency, housing the country’s most innovative and trend setting hair stylists and makeup artists. Each stylist specialises in their own niche market, offering a truly personalised service to clients. Known for creating beautiful colour work, Edwards and Co has developed a significant following on social media platforms. Each salon is raw and minimal in its design with spacious and bright interiors, becoming the winner for Best Salon Design at the Australian Hair Industry Awards 2017, 2018. With 8 salons located in Sydney, Melbourne, Byron Bay, Gold Coast and Brisbane, Edwards and Co has seen dramatic growth both as a hair salon and business throughout its 6 years of existence. As a result, it took home the Best Salon Business Award at the Australian Hair Fashion Awards 2017. The Edwards and Co experience is truly exceptional and like no other. Edwards and Co is wholly owned by its founder, Jaye Edwards. The company is in the process of opening new salons in Brisbane and Fitzroy in Melbourne and has ambitious plans to open salons in LA, New York and London.
