The company was born in 2018 upon the three decades experience of its founder, Prof. Luca Solari: We can count already on different wide projects for big companies, both international both Italian, and we base our approach on scientific research, flexibility, innovation but most of all on the vision of a much Free Future for people in Companies. Orgtech Project roots in Luca Solari's book "Freedom Management", published in 2017 in the UK and soon available in a translated and updated version in Italy, published by franco Angeli.
