OralEye is a teledental start-up based in Dublin, Ireland. Since 2013 we've been developing the OralEye mobile app, which uses the latest technology to securely connect patients with dentists remotely. The OralEye Network is the world’s largest network of teledentists. We are developing a vibrant community that will be at the forefront of preventative dental healthcare. Dentists who join at this early stage are directly influencing how this technology develops over the next ten years. In 2016 we began our expansion into the United States. Already we’ve had over 200 dentists join the network covering all 50 states. With the help of key investors and our multi-national distribution partners we are planning a full nationwide launch before the end of first quarter 2018. How does it work? OralEye connects patients with dentists. Our mobile app, Toothpic, enables patients to take clear, bright photos of their teeth and gums and submit any questions they have about their dental health. Their case then gets sent to the OralEye Network for assessment by one of our dentists. With OralEye patients are never more than a few clicks away from expert dental advice. Too many patients wait for acute problems to present before reaching out to their dentist. By having access to more consistent care, OralEye patients can take action before pain sets in. Meanwhile, dentists enjoy the flexibility of remote consultations, logging in to review cases if there’s a cancellation at the office or spare time at home. How can I join the OralEye Network? To apply for the OralEye Dentist Network you’ll just need to navigate to oraleye.com/join to fill out a short form. Our Network Team will be in touch to discuss your dental experience and how the OralEye system works. Getting started doesn't cost anything, we will provide you with full online training and, once you are accepted, your OralEye consultations will be covered in full under our malpractice insurance policy.
