ORA FITNESS offers bespoke personal training by qualified trainers. We provide training in a private studio, in the comfort of your home or the outdoors. Our aim is to provide exercise, health and nutritional advice tailored to your lifestyle to improve your quality of life. ORA FITNESS provides fun, effective, varied training from boxing, weight training and Pilates, to core stability and cardio exercise. Whether you’re an avid exerciser or a beginner, we tailor your training to achieve your individual goals. We are very flexible with times which are crucial with people’s busy lifestyles. We predominantly train one on one, but couples and small group training is available. ORA FITNESS offers pre and post-natal training, rehabilitation and sport specific training, whether getting back into shape, recovering from injury or preparing for the ski season.
