A nonprofit organization since 1983, our mission is to promote and defend the interests of consumers while ensuring that these interests are respected. The fulfillment of our mission follows four objectives: 1. Reinforce the power of consumers and encourage their independence by helping, informing and representing them with decision makers 2. Promote a socioeconomic vision respectful of the rights and interests of consumers 3. Contribute to equalizing the balance of power between businesses and consumers 4. Promote fair legal and contractual regulations in business – consumer relations; assure us of their implementation as well as their respect
