Opticom Data Research develops and manufactures health related products (hardware and software). Our products currently include: 1. MoleSense, a device with software for measuring and analyzing the size, shape and color of moles on the skin. For individuals with dysplastic nevus syndrome, who may otherwise find it difficult to record or remember the size of hundreds of moles, the software offers an automated quick way to record analysis of multiple moles. 2. FloatScope, a device for self-examination of the eye, for monitoring various ocular health conditions and for self-viewing floaters in the eye. 3. Skin Cancer Image Viewer, a software for viewing skin cancer images from multiple credible Web sites. Using the Skin Cancer Image Viewer can be helpful to people with dysplastic nevus syndrome and others who would like to learn what skin cancer looks like. Individuals with dysplastic nevus syndrome may have hundreds of moles and it is important for them to monitor the moles for changes as well as know if any moles show similarity to skin cancer. 4. UV filter holder. Can mount a UV filter on any type of camera. Used in UV photography to show sun damage to the skin. 5. Online database of mole images. 6. TipRecorder, a software (database and screensaver) that records and displays personal affirmations.
