Weekly subcontractor meetings and look ahead programming keeps your project on track by; identifying potential risk activities, reviewing safe work methods and managing on site solutions. Every project is different so understanding what you need from your project allows us to align our resources. Construct. As specialist contractors we are a team that understand the demanding requirements of working in live and occupied sites. Delivering projects on compressed and accelerated programmes is not business as usual for most contractors but we understand what is possible and we are a specialist team that delivers. We take safety and the environment seriously and have a zero harm approach. Our projects work to a Safety and Environment Management Plan that outlines our approach to managing risk, communication, consultation and ensuring a safe place of work for subcontractors and visitors. OPRA Projects’ management system is self-assessed and compliant to the requirements of AS/NZS4801:2001
