OPENetworks is a compliant wholesale only, open access carrier of superfast networks. Multiple Retail Service Providers are connected to our network and they provide residential and commercial end users with a choice of various packages and services. OPENetworks is able to provide a greater range of services than just the telephone and Internet offerings of NBN Co, saving significant costs for developers. This is achieved by removing the necessity for duplicate pit and pipe infrastructure and greatly reduced network cabling for TV, Foxtel, intercom distribution and building management systems and controls. OPENetworks can therefore add significant value to the development and the new community created by the development. We will also guarantee to deliver services when a developer needs them and to meet Local Government compliance to settle land or property sales. Developers can choose either: 1. A Standard Network that provides FTTP for Broadband and Voice only. Any other services are run independently on separate cables. 2. An Integrated IP Network that provides FTTP for Broadband, Voice and community IP access services or network services connecting devices such as Intercom, CCTV, Access Control or Smart Metering. Any TV distribution system has separate cabling and is run independently. 3. A Fully Integrated Network that provides FTTP for Broadband, Voice and community IP access services or network services connecting devices such as Intercom, CCTV, Access Control or Smart Metering plus Free-to-Air and PayTV.
