OneVentures is an Australian later-stage venture capital firm backing companies who are leveraging technology and science to solve real problems at global scale. We invest through growth equity and credit, and bring hands-on operational experience to help founders scale. Since 2010, we have launched seven funds and manage over AU$1 billion in funds across three investment pillars. The growth equity practice partners with exceptional technology companies at the critical inflection point between product-market fit and global scale. Portfolio companies include Employment Hero, Buildkite and Phocas Software. The healthcare practice invests in clinical-stage life sciences companies, developing therapeutics, medical devices and diagnostics from clinical proof to commercial success. Portfolio companies include BiVACOR, Vaxxas and ImmVirx. The growth credit practice provides debt facilities from $1M to $15M+, helping founders extend runway, fund acquisitions and reach profitability. Portfolio companies include Fleet Space Technologies, Shippit and me&u. We have deliberately built a team that spans consulting, investment banking and founders who have built and scaled businesses internationally, backed by a strong network of venture partners on the ground in Australia and in key markets including North America.
