OMS objective is to enlarge access to top consulting and interim management services to companies and private equity funds that look for higher operational skills, higher flexibility and lower price than what is offered by traditional consulting and interim management firms. We know our consultants and interim managers one by one as we met them all individually through our interview and selection process. OMS also offers Search services for our clients who are willing to recruit permanently. OMS services are global as our network of independent profiles is global.
