Founded in 2016 with the mission to enhance primary and community care, OHL has been pivotal in offering comprehensive services to local communities, and supporting practices with large-scale solutions. We take pride in our dynamic, innovative team, which works flexibly with our System partners to deliver services at scale to benefit patients within the Integrated Care System. Our priorities for 2022-2027 are to support practices and PCNs, foster connections across London, deliver community-based services, and ensure long-term sustainability.
