Ompie provides custom design services for electronics and software and is specialised, but not limited to, embedded systems. One of Ompie's strong points is the combined expertise in both hardware and software, facilitating the integration of the two domains within the project. Expertises Ompie has skills in several domains that are related to each other, which means that a great part of your project can be taken care of: * feasibility studies * requirements specifications * hardware design (schematics, component selection, PCB routing) * development of embedded software and related PC applications (Windows) * prototyping * preparation for production * development of production test environment Ompie has competences in the following areas: * C, C++, C# * MySql, SQLite * PIC16, PIC18, PIC24, PIC32, dsPIC33 * STM32 (ARM Cortex) * Analog electronics and sensors * Battery Management Systems (BMS) * Power LEDs * Ethernet, TCP, RS485, CAN, LIN, MODBUS * IoT (MQTT, TLS, ...) * PCB Routing (Eagle, OrCad) Design methodology is very important for us and we are using dedicated software tools for version control (Git) and bug/feature tracking. Documentation is another important part of the design process. For your international projects, we speak and write English, French, German and Dutch.
