Oller Engineering, Inc., was originally formed in 1989 in Lubbock, Texas to serve the municipal clients in west Texas and the Panhandle. Since then, we have expanded to serve water resource interests across Texas and in strategic locations in the US. OEI's strength is in our ability to serve as thought leaders for our clients in determining what is now and what is next in water resource management. Our approach is boots on the ground. We start with your idea, analyze it, improve it, and implement it with minimal risk, if any; operating with total transparency and doing the right thing the first time, every time. Our range of project solutions include long-term infrastructure analysis, negotiating water supplies, conservation/sustainability, modeling, distribution analysis, effluent reuse, public/private management, expert testimony, and alternative water supplies.
