Unlike other geotechnical firms, Terra is an engineering firm that owns and operates three (3) drilling rigs. Terra understands and appreciates the need for quality drilling and sampling because the drilling and sampling provides the initial data upon which subsequent designs, studies and constructions are based. We are staffed with qualified professionals, which includes engineers, scientists, certified drillers and NICET certified technicians. We follow a well-structured quality assurance/quality control program and pride ourselves in having a very high quality operation. Our drillers, technicians and the supportive staff have completed the OSHA 40-hr HAZWOPER and are current with 8-hr annual refresher course, ensuring trouble-free on-site coordination with project managers.
