olivia Information

Our mission is to deliver a simple, new, immediate tool to the restaurants, helping them to make predictions in an increasingly uncertain global and local scenario. We have developed a neural network and other machine learning algorithms capable of giving financial forecasts to the average restaurator. Olivia is able to recommend strategies based on these predictions, which lead to an average increase of 18% in Gross Profit. Olivia was born in March 2020, during the pandemic, by a group of Italian students around Italy and the world, with academic backgrounds in Physics and Business.
