Greg Heifner's core management team has pushed the boundaries of communications technology since 1982 with over 100 man-years cumulative experience in commercial satellite hardware, software, support and programming services. Since the 9/11 tragedy in 2001, we’ve listened hard to emergency managers’s needs, and from that dialog came the awareness of unique new challenges facing the communications industry. Emergency services responders, government, military and corporate clients have all called for a new generation of tools designed specifically to rapidly restore and maintain communications during emergencies of all types, in any location, at any time. ODN was formed to provide a robust set of products and services to meet that emerging need, packaging the best set of available hardware and software technologies with a new network infrastructure, training and support.
