WHO WE ARE OC Forward is an expansion of our wildly successful internship program that takes students and places them in small classroom settings. With our highly qualified and industry leading professors, we can help anyone looking to break into entry level jobs by providing them with new skills and real world experience. MISSION STATEMENT Our mission is to provide Orange County job-seekers with the skills necessary to gain employment. Our goal is to rapidly provide job-seekers with these skills, enable them to get the job they want, and ensure their future success. OC Forward has designed a curriculum to prepare job-seekers for the workforce and get trained on current skill sets desired by companies. Over the past 3 years, this program has had an 82% success rate in leading to full-time jobs. Our philosophy is that people learn better with hands-on exercises and short bursts of learning. Our workshops are designed to be hands-on and are taught by people in the industry using the skills the teach every day. Your time is not wasted on pointless lectures and theory.
