Oasis Human Relations is a not-for-profit learning, research and consultancy organisation. We have been at the forefront of human relations practice and consulting for over 40 years, inspiring and developing responsible leadership, and developing practitioners to develop others with impact and professionalism. We are a collaborative development and learning organisation, disrupting conventional practices by taking a radical and compassionate approach to learning and leadership. We work with people and their questions, key decision makers, communities and the workplaces of tomorrow. Despite new ways of working, those in key positions of responsibility often face situations when the tried-and-tested solutions fail to deliver results.
