Who We Are NWP is a branded fuel retailer and an official fuel partner of Shell and Phillips 66. Operating over 35 sites, we're proud to be a premier player in the industry since 1991. In addition to providing top tier fuel to the motoring public in the Greater Houston Area, Austin, San Antonio and Oklahoma markets, we also own and operate QMart -- a proprietary convenience store line built with modernity and technology at its core. In the next twelve months alone, NWP will have completed the development and opening of ten new convenience and fuel retail sites including this year's opening of a co-branded, joint retail location between NWP's QMart, Phillips 66 and Burger King at the San Antonio International Airport.
