We launched Nvolv Partners, Inc. to address this challenge by helping leaders evolve and organizations transform in response to this rapidly changing marketplace. We serve as thought partners, change strategists, executive coaches, and process consultants to our clients. We collaborate with our clients to help them develop effective change strategies and then support them as they lead and manage the change process. In complex organizations, change occurs through thoughtful interventions as well as the personal commitment and consistent actions of leaders. We draw on our 30 years of experience in guiding leaders throughout the change process, helping them evolve their leadership to effectively transform their organizations. In both our clients and our colleagues, we seek forward-thinking leaders who are intent on bringing about positive change within complex systems. They must be open to new ways of thinking and committed to personally embodying the change they want to lead.
