There are also no set up fees or charges. The only expense is to print, bind and ship your books. Binding options include hard cover (case bound), soft cover (perfect bound), and plastic coil. Standard production turnaround time is 10 days for hard cover books and five days for soft cover, plastic coil or saddle stitch. Rush production is available.
