NutriGreene provides personalized, evidence-based nutrition counseling with registered dietitians for weight management, eating disorders, diabetes, PCOS, gastrointestinal conditions, cardiovascular health, metabolic health, and other nutrition-related concerns. Our dietitians work one-on-one with clients to build practical, sustainable nutrition plans tailored to each person’s health history, lifestyle, and goals. Care may include comprehensive lab and bloodwork reviews through NutriGreene Journeys, mobile app progress tracking, ongoing support between visits, and optional coordinated meal delivery. NutriGreene works with many major insurance plans and can help verify nutrition benefits before your first appointment. Services are available in person at our Connecticut locations in Westport, Stamford, Hartford, Ridgefield, North Haven, and Branford; in New York in White Plains and Woodbury; and nationwide via telehealth where available. Our goal is to make nutrition care practical, accessible, and personalized so clients can build healthier habits they can sustain over time.
