Our registered dietitians work one-on-one with clients to build practical, sustainable nutrition plans focused on what to do—not restriction—so you can stay full, energized, and consistent. Our evidence-based care may include comprehensive lab and bloodwork reviews through NutriGreene Journeys, mobile app progress tracking, ongoing support between visits, and optional coordinated meal delivery. Care is fully tailored to your lifestyle, health history, and goals—because lasting change doesn’t happen overnight. Services are available in person at our locations in Westport, Stamford, Hartford, Ridgefield, North Haven, Branford (CT) and White Plains and Woodbury (NY), as well as nationwide via telehealth. We accept most major insurance plans.
