Nuneaton Town Community Foundation Information

The Nuneaton Town Community Foundation is a charity affliated to the Nuneaton Town FC, it was formed in July 2010. We deliver a wide range of affordable activities, designed to bring together all members of the local community, regardless of their background. Working within Nuneaton, Bedworth and North Warwickshire we are working hard to achieve our vision: “To work in our local communities to improve the quality of life for neighbourhoods through sport, social and educational opportunities” As a charity we ensure that all surpluses generated by the foundation are invested back into supporting the local communities. A number of our activities are based at our Stadium, The Triton Showers Community Arena where we have the luxury to have fantastic facilities’ such as a children’s interactive gym. However a large percentage of our work is carried out within schools and community centres throughout the local Borough. In partnership with the local council we provide multi sport activity within community centres throughout the Borough. Previous programmes have seen us work with hundreds of youngsters from the ages of 10-16 providing them equipment and coaching to help educate them on the advantages of living a healthy lifestyle. Participants also have the opportunity to prepare healthy meals on site to take home to their families. All food is provided by our community sponsors.
