Nubocha has reimagined gelato for people who care about their health but still crave a delightfully sweet, creamy treat. We use only the finest, sustainable ingredients—chocolate and whole nuts—that we roast ourselves. Then we blend them with pure spring water, allowing the true nature of every ingredient to shine. Our gelato is the first to use allulose, a rare sugar naturally found in figs and maple syrup—so low on the glycemic index, it’s not considered an added sugar. The result is a smooth, intense finish that is positively enlightening.
