NSTG Engineering specialises in providing comprehensive cable design services, from initial concept to final production and delivery. Our team of experts possess extensive experience in both designing and managing the manufacturing process of cable harnesses. We use both HarnWare and Zuken E3 Cable, to ensure that each of our cable designs includes all necessary information for successful manufacturing of even highly complex electrical schematics for systems of any size. Additionally, we partner with a highly skilled cable harness manufacturer to ensure that all of our products are of the highest quality. Our cable harness drawings produced using HarnWare are detailed, and can be used directly for manufacturing while Zuken E3 allows us to design highly complex electrical schematics. In addition to traditional design methods, we also offer 3D modelling services, utilising Inventor to produce detailed outputs that can be integrated into your own CAD models. For an added level of customisation, we also offer the option to include bespoke connectors in our designs
