The National Society of Collegiate Scholars is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization founded in 1994 on the campus of George Washington University in Washington, D.C. Since then, the NSCS has joined the Association of College Honor Societies and is now a recognized organization nationwide at over 330 campuses. The NSCS provides undergraduate and graduate connections, leadership, and service opportunities. Also, they give out more than $1 million annually in scholarships, awards, and chapter funds to their student members. NSCS members are deeply committed to scholarship, leadership, and service. As a result, they impact their campuses and local communities every day, each doing a small part to improve this experience for the next generation.
