NRA primarily operates in the Design, Property Development, & related Asset Management spaces. NRA currently services international & local investors in real estate development including high quality mixed-use & resort properties predominately in the Asia-Pacific region, however with a global aspiration. We are committed to developing quality, high value projects & properties, that add value for all stakeholders. NRA is founded by Nath Rankothge, an Australian Registered Architect since 2013 with over 16 years of experience in design and development. Nath has been involved in over 30 high profile architectural projects under construction or built in 12 countries for leading European, Chinese, American, British, & Australian practices.  NRA has an experienced, qualified team of design & development professionals based in its Colombo offices. NRA is also associated with established qualified partners, consultants & collaborators in strategic locations, including Sydney - Australia, New York - USA, London - UK, Colombo - Sri Lanka, and Chengdu - China.
