It is headed by Locana Gunaratna AA Dip (London), MCP (Harvard), PhD (Colombo), FNAS(SL), FIA (SL), FITP (SL), RIBA, Chartered Architect and Shanta Gunaratna MSc. (Arch), FIA (SL), Chartered Architect.
