We recognise that what everyone is asking of their workplace is different now. Normalise was founded to firstly give people a voice, but secondly and equally as important, to create long-lasting change that will have positive impact for everyone. Our specialist areas are Change Management, Diversity & Inclusion and Mental Health & Wellbeing; however, if you have a challenge outside these areas please get in touch and we will be more than happy to explore it with you. Our Founder Jack Norman has been working in Change Management and Programme building for the last five years, both in the corporate and entrepreneurial landscape. At Selfridges, he was the Team Member Experience Manager, where he was responsible for the engagement of 4,500 team members. In 2015, he co-founder the social enterprise Milk for Tea, which focused on the development of the male community through transformation programmes and events. Having left both of these posts, he has developed an approach based upon these experiences, his passion for people and an evolving theory.
