Noran Tel was originally established in 1985. It was initially formed to provide products and installation services to Saskatchewan Telecommunications. In 1987, Noran Tel created an R & D Department that began development of new and innovative products. Many of the products that Noran Tel has designed grew from an ongoing or pending problem that the telephone company required a solution for. Noran Tel will continue on with this type of customer/supplier relationship. Noran Tel continues to invest heavily in its R & D Department focusing on the design and production of new, leading edge products. It has committed itself to remaining a company that is driven by its customers needs.
