Noksha Capital (or NCAP) is an emerging private equity firm which invests in both digital and traditional business models across the consumer, healthcare and industrials sectors. Our fundamental aim is to design businesses for transformational growth. We are a team of ex-operators turned investors, who focus on operational value creation over deleveraging to generate returns. NCAP is committed to being an active, long-term strategic partner to its portfolio companies' leadership teams, regardless of its position on the cap table. While our geographic focus is to deploy capital globally, we pursue value creation activities which provide LPs access to Bangladesh (one of the fastest growing economies over the last 30 years). So doing NCAP aims to serve as a nexus between investing in businesses with a strong track record in their respective industries, which can transfer knowledge of best practices to Bangladeshi enterprises that are at critical inflection points in their evolution. We pursue investment opportunities across the late-stage growth (Series C+), pre-IPO and buyout stages.
