NNP is a Swiss company with a corporate office in Zug with a subsidiary office in Queensland, Australia. The Founder is the Company’s Chairman and Chief Executive. Since its inception, the Company and its Founder have been engaged in the formulation of functional, good for-you FMCG, including beverages, utilising natural ingredients, such as Australian aloe, Australian green barley, and Hawaiian Noni, among others. The Founder established a professional relationship with DAFF since 2006 through a number of different projects. PlantZap® was brought to the Founders’ attention in 2008. The Company has been engaged in the development of the Project ever since. In 2012 NNP won, under a competitive bidding process, the exclusive rights for the global commercialisation of PlantZap®.
