We have valuable experience and specialists in restaurant and hotel design, operations, front of the house, kitchen, and bar implementation and management. Our Consulting Team specializes in new restaurant start ups and turning around struggling or financially distressed brands. The company began in October 2003 with a vision to create a group of venues for the public to escape within. To date concepts include obar, LIFT, and DISH, all within the Dallas/FT Worth Metroplex. The principal philosophy is to provide a high level of service, within a very unique space and give our guests’ exceptional value for the time spent within our culture. In addition to operating and owning the above ventures, we have expanded our efforts to include outside consulting to businesses that want a competitive edge on their competition through enhanced product analysis, cost controls and overall visual and audio enhancements.
