Hatfields London is a British beverage technology company. We design, patent and commercialise the systems that prepare and serve modern drinks. Our flagship platform, NitroPress, produces café-quality nitro coffee, cold brew, tea, matcha and cocktails on demand. It needs no nitrogen cylinders, cartridges, gas contracts or installation. A single countertop unit replaces infrastructure that has traditionally needed plumbing, a gas supply and a technician. NitroPress is a patented platform, sold through premium US retailers including Crate & Barrel, Dillard’s, Zola and Uncommon Goods, and by distribution partners across the Middle East, Europe and Asia-Pacific. NitroPress is used by cafés, restaurants and coffee carts to expand their cold beverage menus without new infrastructure. The same core platform now underpins our development pipeline in foam, carbonation and beverage ingredients. Founded in London in 2018.
