Founded in 1986 by Neil Harvey specifically to address the IT requirements of the highly-specialised and dynamic private health insurance industry. In 2008, NHA was acquired by Liberty Health Holdings and operates as a wholly-owned subsidiary. Through close and trusting relationships with our clients, NHA has gained valuable experience and an in-depth understanding of the factors that contribute to successful healthcare administration. This process ensures that clients receive high-quality, professional end-to-end business solutions that add increasing value as the healthcare administration industry develops. NHA's flagship software product, Medware, a healthcare administration system, is fully integrated with modern IT architectures, including Internet, Web and e-mail, Business Intelligence Tools, Imaging and Managed Care Systems. To support the Medware software, NHA provides infrastructure solutions and products though our enhance division. In keeping with our philosophy of staying at the forefront of the latest technologies, NHA's new systems and services are generally licensed on an Application Service Provider (ASP) basis. Since the business processes and IT system are interdependent, NHA will offer advice and guidance on setting up or restructuring healthcare admininistration operations, including sizing, staffing numbers and qualifications, business flow design, audit control, management reporting.
