Review our web site, www.newsagepress.com, or look through our catalog. We do not publish novels or other forms of fiction. Be sure to include the following information:Name:Address:Phone Number:e-mail:Working title:If you would like your submitted material returned, include a self-addressed, stamped envelope. Limit your proposal to no more than 10 double-spaced pages. If possible, also include two sample chapters from the proposed book that are representative of your writing style. Try to address the following points and questions somewhere in your proposal:Idea in Brief: The essence of the theme or subject in two or three lines.Premise: Why is this book important? How is your book different than the other books already published on this particular subject? Contents/Outline: Include a table of contents or outline to describe the book’s contents and organization. Tone: Is the book’s tone popular, scholarly, humorous, or what?
