Newbery Consulting is a leading consulting firm in the VET sector, founded by trusted VET expert Joe Newbery. Joe entered the VET sector in 1996 through his service in the Australian Army, becoming a recruit instructor. He discovered a passion for training and vocational education and built his final decade in Defence in this space. His career developed through recruit training, trade training and then learning design. As a passionate advocate for the VET sector, Joe developed strong professional networks and his reputation as an expert in the sector grew. In 2005, as his time in Defence drew to a close, Joe was regularly asked to advise and consult with other RTOs and VET professionals to help them deliver better training. The increasing demand for help and support was the catalyst for him to establish Newbery Consulting. At Newbery Consulting our mission is to enable quality Vocational Education and Training by supporting the VET Sector. Since our establishment 18 years ago, Newbery Consulting has become a nationally recognised provider of high quality VET compliance products and services. Our team has grown into a tight-night group of passionate VET professionals. Led by Joe, we are proud to offer a range of specialised services in learning and development, training and RTO compliance. We continuously develop our services, so they are compliant, simple to use, easy to customise and in line with contemporary industry practices. We know our success is driven by our customer’s satisfaction. That’s why we take a personal and professional approach to tailoring our services to meet every client’s individual needs.
