We are a collective of innovative professionals who work together to initiate growth and change within individuals, organizations and communities. We are a nationally registered community development organization built on a social venture model. What this means is we combine the skill and strategy of a business with the sprit and dedication of a charity to help people create the change they wish to see in themselves and in the world. Any extra money raised through our efforts is reinvested back into communities. Our current areas of focus include leadership development, collaborative planning, creative expression, youth empowerment, mental health and innovative education. Our specific projects may differ from year to year as community needs change and other professionals come on board, however these areas of focus have been consistent trends in recent years. Many professionals who collaborate with us have careers in education, mental health, community governance, social services, addictions recovery, business development and youth work. They choose often choose to become involved in a part-time or project based capacity because they have a desire to see positive change in a specific area related to their work. We welcome this as well as people wishing to work with us on a more consistent basis. The purpose of this page to connect those professionals who are interested in working on collaborative change projects. We wish to provide a platform where people can discuss the needs they see, ideas for solutions and resources that would help them move forward.
