Vision Forward developed a customized plan for Dolphin Creative, along with specific action steps and a timeline we would need to take to implement the plan. The plan was and is superior. In addition, Vision Forward provided additional strategies for challenges our firm faces, as well as for opportunities we had not considered previously. The team also included a list of all of our competitors organized by geography, and a list of firms with which we could collaborate.
