New Concept Mining (NCM) has been in existence since 1986 and is a dedicated ground support solutions provider. Our focus on ground support for underground mines has allowed us to create innovative ground support solutions for some of the world’s most challenging mining conditions. NCM was acquired by Epiroc in 2019 to become New Concept Mining Powered by Epiroc. Through the acquisition NCM becomes the dedicated ground support division of Epiroc globally. Combining the specialised ground support solutions of NCM and the global reach of Epiroc improves our ability to support customers around the globe. Our strategy is to collaborate with our customers to develop ground support solutions that improve safety and mining efficiencies and we specialise in difficult ground conditions. In order to achieve this, NCM has considerable in-house Rock Engineering, Mining and Engineering competencies within our service, design and production teams. Our design philosophy allows us to create customised solutions to suit specific mine requirements and it is our goal to create a ground support solution for customers that allows them to spend more time mining.
