Our mission at NEW ANGLES is to change business for good. We all know that this is not as simple as it sounds. It means reinventing how our society defines business success. For more than 10 years New Angles has supported organisations like yours on the journey to integrate sustainability into their business models. We work with clients’ existing management teams to accelerate transformation via a new approach to leadership development. We propose development and transformation programmes based on a new Transition Leadership model co-funded by the European Commission (Directorate of Employment) and CEC European Managers, the EU's social partner for 1 million managers in all sectors. A development programme for managers wanting to lead the Transition in their own organisations was piloted in Europe during 2021. Our programmes equip managers with knowledge, skills and practical strategies for leading emergent change, allowing them to create a movement for transforming business practices inside their organisation. We can support you to put your contribution to society at the heart of your strategy and to define your goals in terms of your business's real impacts. By mobilising your impact pioneers and equipping your managers to act as leaders of the transition we can help you improve transparency, raise trust and engagement levels, improve your capacity to attract and retain talent, and create new opportunities for growth. New Angles is a mission-driven consultancy; we were amongst the first wave of European certified B Corps in 2015, and remained an active member of the B Corp community until January 2025, when we decided not to continue our certification.
