We propose development and transformation programmes based on a new Transition Leadership model co-funded by the European Commission (Directorate of Employment) and CEC European Managers, the EU's social partner for 1 million managers in all sectors. A development programme for managers wanting to lead the Transition in their own organisations was piloted in Europe during 2021. Our Sustainability For Humans programme equips managers with knowledge, skills and practical strategies for leading emergent change, allowing them to create a movement for transforming business practices inside their organisation. We can support you to put your contribution to society at the heart of your strategy and to define your goals in terms of your business's real impacts.
